Peter has been part of the IDAK Group since 1985. He has over 20 years experience in counseling and coaching adults in finding their best-fit career options. He has specialized in working with missionary families on furlough retool marital, parental and cross-cultural relationships for further service abroad. He has also worked with post missionary re-entry into the American culture. He counsels ministry leaders, pastors and business leaders to maximize their God-given talents for peak service in the Kingdom.

Peter is married to Toni (1980). They have four children. His favorite activities are co-leading discipleship training with his wife, fishing and collecting Biblical coinage.
