Joyce has been part of the IDAK Group since 1996. Her management of electronic documents and preparation of client Career Advancement Profile Reports (CAP) enable the counseling staff to provide quick and timely services. Often she is forwarding reports for editing while counselors are traveling which requires careful tracking. Her support of the office scheduling and intake administration is always appreciated, especially during peak work periods, vacations and sick leave.

Joyce is married to Marv (1982) and they have two boys and one dog. They are active in their church in the area of finances and children's work. Joyce enjoys raising her family, exercising, and watching her boys participate in sports and music.
