Carolyn
Office Manager

Carolyn has managed IDAK's administrative operations since its inception in 1980. Her winsome nature has won her the title of IDAK "mom." Staff who have moved away over the years still seek her out to keep up on the latest events. Her management style is to hire the right people, fit the job to their strengths and watch them grow.

Carolyn's first passion is serving as a pastor's wife for over 35 years. She continues her people contacts well outside the IDAK family. She has led many women's retreats and has served as chairwoman several times for her denomination's pastor's wives association. Her second passion is music, which includes leading worship and tutoring piano. She married Richard in 1964 and has two children and four grandchildren.
