2. DISCOVERY STEP 2:
   Searches for ministry organizations which match your interests, experience and/or occupational skills. Complete the registration form to begin the matching process in a secure, password-protected area.

   Upon completing STEP 2 download the "Finishers Process Handbook". This is only available after completing STEP 2 or at our conferences.

3. DISCOVERY STEP 3:
   

   This step provides our most advanced matching of your aptitudes with ministry organizations. It includes the assistance of an IDAK certified counselor/coach involving personal consultation and testing for your ministry transferable skills, which may be different from your current occupational skills. Your transferable skills (natural talents) are matched to specific ministry service options.

   There is no fee to inquire about this step and receive a pre-screening to be sure this service will be ov value to you. Only then, if it makes sense to proceed, there is a fee for assessment tests and exercises.

   An important benefit of a counselor is the help you receive on how to fit your strengths into an organization you have not previously known. Also, most finishers are looking for a significant assignment, which will tap their strengths and provide a challenge, rather than do unskilled volunteer work.

4. DISCOVERY STEP 4:
   Receive your MAP (Ministry Advancement Profile) Report. Provides a cover letter and report sent by e-mail to your preferred Finishers Partner ministry organizations.

   To help you bridge the gap from where you are now to locating unique ministry service opportunities, this step will help you prepare a professional report, and send it to selected ministry leaders. STEP 4 matches the results of your assessment in STEP 3 to actual ministry organizations and prepares a proposal for the unique role you wish to fulfill. You also have access to much more detailed, Finisher friendly information about each ministry organization. There is no fee for STEP 4; however, you must complete the assessment tests and exercises in STEP 3 to do STEP 4.
