Over the last five years Finishers Project has found that people prefer different points of entry with options in ministry service.

By completing the Personal Profile form you will receive a ranking of organizations that are uniquely ordered in accordance to your preferences. This is our most popular path for North American citizens. This is a safe place to explore. As in all our steps, we commit to allow you to "Stop the Process" at any time, should your life situation or life direction change. This is a safe place to explore in a secure, password-protected area.

This path is based on the Halftime Journey. You can decide where you are, then take advantage of the resources and action steps suggested, depending on whether you are beginning, investigating or deciding.

This is a Finishers Project website. The single largest opportunity is to Teach English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). There are paying jobs for people under about 35 years old. If over 35, you will be better served indicating your interest in TESOL, or teaching at all levels, by submitting a Personal Profile on this website.

The MissionNext website is designed for people serving in ministry, particularly in missions, in your life stage. About 4 in 10 of those submitting Personal Profiles are under 40 years of age.

STEPS

STEP 1	Complete a questionnaire and compare your responses with others. You will be able to download the "Finding Your Calling" white paper from IDAK, a professional career counseling company. You will also receive a series of eight short email messages weekly with simple ideas toward taking a next life step.
STEP 2	Complete the Personal Profile to receive a list of organizations that with ministry opportunities matching your skills, experience, training, interests and preferences. Here you will be able to do more specific opportunity searches and contact organizations conveniently.
STEP 3	This step will allow you to explore personal career coaching options. The initial contacts are free. The cost includes professional assessments. The cost varies with the level of personal coach time used, mostly by telephone. The price is about the same as for an appliance, but will be most helpful in pursuing a path that makes the most sense.
STEP 4	This step is free after completing STEP 3. It allows you to prepare a staffing proposal on-line that includes a thorough description of your natural talents and life experience. You can propose assignments in ministry that are so energizing, that you will wake up in the morning looking forward to the day ahead.
