- Note that the Username and Password blocks on the home page of the web site are for individual users. To access the area for mission agencies, click on the box at the bottom right that says "Ministries". This will bring you to the mission agency HOME page. Click on the "Login!" link at the upper left. The browser will transfer to the page where our ministry Username and Password are entered.
- The Finishers Project database is populated with the names of people that have entered their profiles since May 2000. Couples are listed as one entry. Those individuals who have requested that they be deleted will not appear. (These are due to a change in life situation, mail and email bad addresses or because they have either applied for or accepted a ministry assignment).
- The Finishers Project office will do its best to see that the contact information listed on the profiles is accurate and current. When it is brought to our attention that anyh part of the contact information is inaccurate, we will notify the individual, if possible, and request that they update their profile. If the individual cannot be reached by phone, email or post, the profile is deleted from the website.
- We are confident that you will find this web matching service to be a useful tool to recruit people into missions. New profiles are being entered at the rate of 100-120 per month. See the "Live Stats" area for up-to-date demographics. Once you become fully convinced of the power of this new mobilization tool, we trust you will be an advocate for directing people to www.finishers.org for more laborers for His harvest. - How will you know if who are new to the web site from the old entries?
Each ministry has a number of storage areas. The design intention is for you to move entries from "New Listings" to one of the other areas or delete them. The "New Listings" area should be empty by the time the electronic matching program is run again, which is normally completed every Monday morning. The "New Listings" area will thus be populated only by new submissions or any entries that you choose to have moved to this area from any of the searches your Advanced Searches.
