Why?

Without vision a people perish. Proverbs 29:18

You want to know what His will is for the next stage of your life, but you are unsure. Is some [other] ministry or missions the next step? How does this fit with who I am — by gifts, interests and experience? Our lives are so fast-paced and draining, most of us do not stop to answer, "What energies me? Where am I going? Is ministry a next step?"

What?

Ponder the path of your feet and let all your ways be established. Proverbs 4:26

Vision coaching is like putting a key in your heart and unlocking the door to what is already inside of you. Coaching is about crystallizing a vision for your future state and living proactively.

• Explore mission opportunities in relation to your passions and talents.
• Identify and decide on paths God has placed in your heart.
• Pull out your best and stay focused.
• Move forward at the top of your intrinsic motivation.
• Recognize and replace limiting beliefs; move forward in your calling.

How?

As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Proverbs 23:7

Your purpose is linked to what you are passionate about — what makes you really alive.

• Identity always dictates behavior. Clarify who you are.
• Identify and release those things that are draining your energy.
• Develop your unique identity, mission statement.
• Develop a vision statement for different spheres of your life
• Regularily discuss progress on measurable, attainable goals.
• Examine your passions in relation to mission opportunities available.
• Adopt a solid plan of action with confidence to move forward in your strengths and gifts.

Who?
