Who does the Finishers Project serve?
The Finishers Project serves three class of customers, standing in the gap between sending organizations and people in North America's pews and standing with churches.
A common misunderstanding is that our target audience is retirees.
Below is a table of the ages that have transitioned into missions ministry from the initiative of the Finishers Project. The total is about 800 since the first conference in Fall of 1998 or about 1-1/2% of the US missionary force.

The Finishers Project is has proven to be a competent and credible portal for post college adults of all ages to enter missions from their careers.
The Finishers Project is a ministry of one local church in Connecticut with a Leadership Team of national leaders. This is an initiative to serve churches in our assignment from the Lord to send forth adults into missionary service.
