1. Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive communications program that will enhance Finishers Project’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public.
2. Ensure articulation of Finishers Project’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization and to all constituencies both internal and external.
3. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Finishers Project’s publications.
4. Coordinate the appearance of all Finishers Project’s print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
5. Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the communications program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.

| Experience: | Accomplishments and track record in leadership. Ability to lead, not by command directive, but by promoting compelling ideas.

| Location: | Open |
| Purpose: | Facilitate church and local leaders in hosting a Finishers Forum in cities and regions of the U.S. |

1. Plan, develop and implement strategy to seed Finishers Forum events in leading American cities.
2. Work the plan and strategy for several cities to the point the leadership can be handed to a conference oversight team.
3. Maintain regular newsletter communications with the rest of the conference leadership team
4. Get to know the vision and needs of the FP ministry partners in order to assist churches more effectively.
5. Work with the leaders of the Halftime Leadership Community of ministries.
6. Travel as necessary to build networking relationships vital to the vision of the FP.

| Purpose: | To serve Finishers Project partner mission agencies and educational institutions by listening to their needs and suggesting the best tools to serve them within the bounds of the vision, mission and core values |

1. Get to know the vision and needs of the FP ministry partners to assist them more effectively.
2. Develop metrics to measure and increase effectiveness of this Agency Relations position.
3. Travel as necessary to build networking relationships vital to the vision of the FP.
4. Plan, develop and implement strategy for servicing organization “customers”. In other words, the stated goals will be designed and implemented according to strengths of the person filling this position.
