| It is often not possible for American mission agencies to facilitate people who wish to join them from outside the US. Only the larger organizations have the capability to have someone contact you AND ONLY if they have a recruiting office in your country. Please, first consult your church and missions leaders in your country for opportunities that best fit you.
If you do enter a personal profile and after "matches" are made, we suggest you return to the "Ministries" page of this web site and use it as a starting point to evaluate each "Match" that appears in your password-protected area. This step will allow you to determine for yourself the likelihood of connecting with a mission agency. Since you are responsible to the Lord for your life, it is incumbent upon you to be aggressive in seeking a ministry assignment that fits. This will most likely come from within your own country.
Because of the uncertainties of recruiting from afar, most North American mission agencies cannot afford the resources necessary to contact you. Therefore, we suggest that you take the initiative to contact mission agencies that appear to match your interests. You can link to their websites directly from the Finishers Project website.
Be advised that most organizations require you to raise support. See the section on fundraising for the best resources on this subject for you and your ministry. However, beyond pointing you to the best resources, Finishers Project cannot raise funds for you or your ministry. That is part of your assignment from the Lord.
