Question:I am a representative of a ministry.
Can the Finishers Project recommend people to fill certain positions?
Answer:Thank you for your interest in the services of the Finishers Project. We offer two points of entry.
  1. The Finishers Project has an interactive database of over 2000 people that have entered detailed information about their talents, interests and life-situation. There is a focus on foreign missions. Nevertheless, about 1/3 indicate they will only take North American assignments and over half indicate no geographical preference for an assignment that would be compelling to them.

    Any non-profit evangelical ministry is welcome to join the Finishers Project. There is an annual fee of $600. Click here to review the full list of benefits, terms and conditions of Finishers Project Partnership.

    In this case you must do all the searching, recruiting (selling the vision), arranging interviews, reference checking, etc with those we bring to your virtual front door.

  2. In addition, the Finishers Project has a Limited Partnership. It is allows a 90 day access to our database. It is intended to assist non-profit evangelical ministries by locating appropriate people to serve in key staff positions. In this case you do all the searching, networking, reference checking, arranging interviews and whatever else it takes to bring you several qualified and willing candidates.

    3. We offer these services well below cost and regret that these services cannot be offered free. We offer to assist in the recruitment part of your ministry on a shared cost basis with the fee schedule outlined above.

    We have come to realize there will be no laborers for His harvest fields without a lot of labor.
